These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the StreamLivee platform and related services (“Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate registration information (including name, email, mobile number, and state where required for billing) and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. The Services

StreamLivee provides tools to create, manage, and broadcast live events, manage wallets and credits where applicable, and related features. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Violate applicable laws or third-party rights;
• Upload malware, harass others, or distribute unlawful or infringing content;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data;
• Reverse engineer or circumvent security or usage limits except as permitted by law;
• Use the Services to send spam or misleading communications.

4. Content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a license to host, process, transmit, and display such content as needed to operate the Services. Our branding, software, and materials remain our property or our licensors’.

5. Payments, wallet, and taxes

Fees, credits, wallet top-ups, and subscriptions are as described in the product at the time of purchase. You are responsible for applicable taxes and for providing correct billing and GST information where invoices are issued. Payments are processed by third-party providers subject to their terms.

6. Third-party services

The Services may integrate with third parties (e.g. payment gateways, CDNs, streaming infrastructure). Your use of those services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR, IF GREATER, ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS / EQUIVALENT LOCAL CURRENCY), EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

9. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us and our affiliates against claims arising from your content, your use of the Services, or your breach of these Terms, subject to applicable law.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, legal risk, or operational reasons. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a different mandatory law applies to you as a consumer.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after the effective date may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
